2023 Memorial Tree Ornament

The OCH Memorial Tree has been a holiday tradition for decades. We label and hang each ornament in memory of loved ones on our tree in the lobby at Medina Memorial Hospital. They are available for pick up in the lobby after January 8th.

Ordering notes: If you are ordering more than one ornament, please select $10. If you are ordering two ornaments, then please select $20 and so on. If you are ordering an amount of ornaments that is not listed, then please write in a custom donations amount.
